3. The enquiry service
When you send an enquiry and give consent, we try to match you with one appropriate verified provider and pass on your details. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, that an appointment will be offered within a particular time, or any clinical outcome. Appointments, fees and care are agreed directly between you and the provider.
You agree to give accurate contact details and to use the service only to seek care for yourself or someone you are helping with their permission.
4. Provider listings
Listings are based on the checks described in our provider verification policy, at the date shown. Providers are independent of us and responsible for the care they give. Listings are never ordered by payment.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, including by sending false or automated enquiries, trying to access data you are not entitled to, or interfering with how the site works.
6. Content ownership
The text and design of this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use, such as taking a page to your doctor. Please do not republish our content without permission.
7. Links to other websites
We link to guideline bodies and other sites for reference. We are not responsible for their content.
8. Limitation of liability
The information on this site is general and is there to help you understand kidney health and find care. We work to keep it accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date, and we are not responsible for decisions made using it without advice from a qualified clinician. Providers listed on the site are independent: we are not responsible for the care, advice or fees of any provider you contact. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
