It takes about a minute. We only ask what we need to match you with a suitable service. We do not ask about your medical history, your test results or your ID number, and you should not include them.

Privacy and consent
Your details are personal information, and because they relate to your health they need extra care under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Here is exactly what happens to them.

- Your first name, and either your phone number or your email address
- The date and time you gave consent, and which page on this site you came from
We do not ask for your medical history, test results, diagnosis, ID number or date of birth.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to help you find an appropriate verified kidney care provider in Mombasa and to put you in touch with them.
How we use it
A member of our team reviews your enquiry, matches it to one verified provider based on the type of care, your area and how soon you need it, and may contact you to confirm the details. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Who we share it with
Only one verified provider matched to your request. They receive your first name, your contact details, the type of care you need, your area and how soon you need care. They use it only to contact you about an appointment. Apart from the services that store our records for us (named in our privacy notice), we will not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 12 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up and deal with any questions. After that we delete them.
Withdrawing consent and deleting your details
Giving consent is your choice, and you can change your mind at any time. Email hello@mombasakidneycare.co.ke with the phone number or email address you used and tell us what you want: to withdraw consent, to see the details we hold, to correct them or to delete them. We will act on your request and tell the matched provider to stop using your details. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done before you withdrew it.
